I finally am able to go back to the gym after doing whatever I did to the shoulder.  The doctor did say to begin really light and work my way back up and to quit everything if I feel a sharp pain and see him again.  Don't want to do a MRI or surgery so the doctor gets his wish.  I'll put an asterick beside the ones that gave me trouble.  Works out ok anyways since I have joined a new gym and need to learn the new equipment.

BACK AND BICEPS
Assisted pull-ups: 3 sets of 10 @ 58# resistance - no problem, probably will lower next time.
Standing E-Z Bar: 3 sets of 10 @ 50# - no problem, raise weight
* Lat Pulldown: 3 sets of 10 @ 75# - raise weight but slowly
Low Row: 3 sets of 10 @ 105# - raise
21's: 3 sets @ 60# - raise
Straight bar pulldown: 3 sets of 10 @ 100#- raise

Began workout with 10 min. of treadmill.  Had DB curls on agenda but no openings (gotta work dumbbells earlier or plan on waiting).  Pretty good workout after being off for 2 weeks and farting around with the injured shoulder for 2 months.  No problems the next day other than a little soreness.

CHEST
* Bench: 3 sets of 10 @ 75# - felt a bit of strain on the shoulder using wide grip so switched to close grip on second set and okay.
* Pec Dec: 10 @ 60#, 10 @ 70#, 10 @ 80# - everything fine.
DB Press: 10 @ 20#, 10 @ 25# 10 @ 30# - ok
* Incline DB Flys: 3 sets of 10 @ 15# -possibly stay for one more week.

I was due to hit the gym on Wednesday night (5/11) but got taken out by a McD's cheeseburger at lunch.  Don't know if will make it to gym tomorrow night so worked in a little extra.  Stayed lightweight since was an add on.

Leg curl: 10 @ 75#, 5 @ 87.5 #, 0 @ 87.5 - way too long of a break for the legs.
Leg extension: 10 @ 70#, 10 @ 85#, 10 @ 100# - good
Leg Press: 10 @ 100#, 10 @ 110#, 10 @ 120# - good

Began with 10 min. of treadmill and ended with 10 min. of elliptical.
