hey guys. this is my first post! so here it goes.... so, i've been taking a creatine ethyl-ester 30-60 minutes prior to my workout. then after i get done workingout, i take creatine and a protein shake. basically at the same time. i mix my creatine with grape juice. after i take the grape juice/creatine, i put milk in the shaker, add whey and honey, take some amino acid pills, a vitamin, and some chromium picolinate all with a piece of whole-grain bread. is this basically ok? also, righ now i'm taking Nitrix(on 4th bottle), creatine ethyl-ester, ON whey, amino acid tablets, a multivitamin, chromium picolinate, vitamin c, L-Glutamine, and EFA's(omega 3-6-9). are all of these supplements alright? and what else, if anything, should i take? all comments are welcomed, and greatly appreciated!! thanks

Too many supplements in my opinion bro. Way too many actually, not recommended. And for creatine, you have to take that AFTER your workout and wait before you drink the shake. I'd switch up your supplementation intake and tme alot more. It should be Creatine AFTER your workout... I can't believe you say you take it 30-60 minutes prior your workout and then right after your workout with your shake, no way... you won't get much anywhere stacking those ALL together. You need to space them out. Plus, I don't see the need for you to use ALL of the listed supps, one or two can be dropped and i'll still bet you the results wouldn't change at all. Creatine is good to have, so is your Whey... Nitrix is a kick start, but bro, you need to kick the other supps to the curb. Anyways, those are my two cents. -Brian PS - Take creatine 6-8 hours apart from each dose. NOT 2 hours....

i appreciate the comments. but, according to the label on my creatine ethyl ester, it says to take it 30-60 minutes prior to workout, then immediately following the workout.

Why do you guys all take vitamin c? Don't you get plenty already from other foods? Doesn't the body get rid of the Vitamin C it doesn't use? With breakfast: 1 serving of ON 100% Whey Pre-Workout: GNC Nitro Explosion - like a NO-Xplode product... was on sale cause it's new so I thought I'd try it out, I like it... might not get it again though cause they might not have the same sale (ran me less than $30 for 40 servings, good price), if they do I'll definitely get it again. (30 minutes prior to workout) Post-Workout: 5g of creatine mono wait 45-60 minutes and then take 1 of ON 100% Whey. Pre-Bed: 1.5 servings of ON 100% Whey I've thought about taking creatine and protein together, but looking around you dont see many [good, trusted, popular] products that have both supplements in the same mix... probably cause it isnt efficient (or so I concluded). So I wait about an hour before taking one after the other. PS - I take all protein shakes with milk... creatine and nitro explosion with cold water Should I take another serving of creatine some other time throughout the day? I'm waiting for this creatine to end (couple more days) so I can order some micro creatine (probably AST or Universal) and try that out. I'll do two servings then... when should I take the other serving?

u shud not mix creatine and protein the protein is absorbed as an amino acid, and that fights with the creatine. i hope that helps a little. u can take both but not within the same 30 minutes
