ive been training 8 months , alright progress ,  shoulders a bunged up and in pain apprently from over training from what ive been told on the forums , but i dunno .

anyway im taking a week off!  ive been taking creatine.. should i keep taking it? i m suppost to take it every day so i think i just will.

but since ive always been skinny  and now im abit bigger and everyones noticing! makes me feel good.

so taking this week off , can i expect to lose gains in size or strength? or will i benifit from this ? thanks!

after 8 months with banged up shoulders.. i would say you would be well served to take at week off.. you might want to consider two weeks if the shoulders are that beat down..   If you've been training straight for eight months.. chances are you'll come back stronger after taking a week off. regarding the creatine... I dont think it acutally matters..

A week off will do you good.

When i take some time off i usually stop all supplements except protein.
Its more of a budget issue for me as i feel the supplements arent 100% useful when taking time off. i want as much bang for the buck as i can. Plus thats the whole point, taking some time off in as many areas as possible to rebuild and recuperate.

Dont worry about losing size and strength as you will lose some during the time off.  It will return within a few weeks.  Dont be surprised if you can only lift 60-80% of what you are currently lifting.  Coming back at 60% is normal and should be followed as a guideline to prevent injury.

You can either lose some size and mass from taking time off or you can lose them from injury, which can last a lot longer.  Which do you prefer?

that just kinda depresses me , i worked so hard to get to the weight im at , and ive peaked , and now with taking and break i feel like ill go backwards by losing weight.

the only suppliment i take is creatine  , im doing a  "cycle"
i just started 2 weeks ago and ive been taking it properly as on the box.. i took it once before and did it wrong " took it like 3 days then a week off , just whenever i felt like it "

anyway i only use it for size gain , altho it has aginine in it ive never really had a muscle pump , maybe one out of every ten times i take it do i actually get a pump..

but my other buddy who is huge and lifts said the creatine will help me recover.... so i just hope i dont drop alot of weight and that this week goes by fast so i can get back at it!

so im done my week off and am i ever stoked to be back in the gym , yestarday was my first day back , chest and tris.

i was quite abit weaker then usual as i was told i would be , but the wierd thing is , my arms are what gave away  , i mean i went about 20 pounds lighter or more then i usually push on flat bench with DBs , and my tris.. were on fire and this was only the 2nd chest exercise.. man did they burn , and i just use 15lbs DBs and did the same thing to see if theyd hurt and they do , not like ive injured them , but an exhuastion and burn i didnt even feel when i first started!  is this normal?

also for some reason   weather i do bis tris chest ect all the focus seems to go on my shoulders.. right in between my chest and shoulder.. but its not a  like  , it doesnt feel like ive torn or stretched anything its weird , it does feel like its injured but not badly , i dont understand how the focus is on there when ive lowered weights , anyway just wondering if this whole arm thing being extremly tired  is normal cuz its kinda wierd
