I take mine in the morning, but I forgot today. Not sure if a multi benefits energy, but that is why I take it in the morning, also so that I have it for the rest of the day.
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Vitamins always seem to me like they just dont frickin work. Like the benefit is soooo slow that I hardly know if it makes a difference. I take fish oil, calcium, potassium, and a cheap centrum rip off. My piss is never neon yellow though, so I assume that I absorb all of it.

I thought piss color was based on how much water one drinks? Good intake = clear, bad intake = dark yellow, deathly intake = blood.

it will be a neon yellow if your getting alot of vitamin b, the gnc mens vitamins work good

to some extent yes, but you overload yourself you'll get some neon colored urine once in a while.
