synthesize

i was looking in my M&F magazine and found that vpx sports makes a product called synthesize and so does avant research.
 
so two different companies have the same name product?
 
we got vpx synthesize (an NO supplement)
 
and we got avant research synthesize (a creatine supplement)
 
now im not trying to get anyone mad but dont you get in trouble if someone uses someone elses name for a product?
