hey i just joined a gym with a 50 m pool and really enjoy swimming after each workout. Since one of my goals is to drop a few pounds i was wondering if swimming would be ok for this? At the moment i do weight training then 20 mins cardio then swim for about 40 mins. (3 times a week) Was wondering if anyone else finds swimming useful for fat loss?
