sushi 5 days a week

My new diet is sushi that I have learned to make. I live in Vail CO and I go to Denver once a month and buy fish. Everynight I make 2 cups of white rice...I make 4 rolls, depending on the night I eat 1 salmon roll and 1 tuna roll, I split it up with crab sometimes and occasionally eel. I make 4 rolls because my roommate eats 2 also. So 2 rolls a night of homemade sushi, I have eaten that for the past 3 months with good diet in the afternoon (half turkey wrap with half avacado, this is lunch I eat religiously everyday with no snacks.) This combination with 4 days of 30 minute cardio I have lost 30 lbs in 3 months. I encourage everyone who can afford this to give it a try because it has improved my health in every aspect. Blood Sugar decrease, lower cholesterol, weight loss, and extrem confidence due to all of the above. This is the first place I have posted this, and I am really looking for someone who could write me a book because this diet and excercise plan has been amazing. Just a thought if anyone is looking for another route besides tuna sandwiches, chicken, wheat pasta, etc....

What else are you eating in a day? That's not nearly enough to sustain muscle so a lot of that weight you lost could have been lean weight also. We really need more details, what was your lifting routine like and what was the rest of your diet?
Blake Age 19 Hieght ~5'10.5" Weight ~196 Bench ~275 Squat ~390 Dead Lift ~375 MilitaryPress ~200 Hang Clean ~205 6-17-07 Put this in your profile if you or someone you know is fighting, has survived, or has died in a pokemon battle

My day consisted of the following for 3 months striaght with maybe 4 days total of cheating. wake up 6:00 am cardio started 1 mile on empty stomach eventually started 3 miles on empty stomach. 8:00 Protien shake 11:00 Half turkey/chicken wrap wuth half avacado 2:00 30 or 40 almonds/half protien shake 6:00 salmon roll with avacado/tuna roll with cucumber 8:00 half protien shake 10:00 bed This routine was very consistent with the occiassional cheat maybe once a week or so. mostly cheating was a piece of pizza. If you have ever been to Vail CO, Vendettas pizza is really good, so I had to cheat sometimes. Now that I have lost 30 lbs, I have drastically increased my protien and carbs, as well as decreasing my cardio and lifting very intense. I have not gained nor lost a pound in 2.5 weeks, however I am seeing more defintion in my shoulders and lats mostly.

sushi daily is the best diet out there!! AS long as you get veggies and lots of fish, not all rice or tempura, then you are donig great, clean, lean food!! Linda

I absolutly love sushi. Sushi seems like it would be a lot of work to make daily. Its also expensive to try and buy already made.
