i'm 17 and been working out for 4 months without supplements. what kind of suppplements should i stack for gaining weight with cut? i was going to buy NO2 and CE2 . what should i add to that?

i would stick to that for now,but i would replace the SE2 with regular creatine mono, CE2 has an alchol in it so it has an affect on you kidneys. Make sure your getting so mulit vitemens too

oh. so i should skip ce2 then... yea. i have b complex. thanks and that creatine mono.. what kind do you mean? i dont know if i should use creatine. dont you lose it all when you stop? or are you talking about something different.

first i can tell that you haven't done much reacerch on your supplaments.

You gain some weight due to cell volumization but that is nessesary for muscle growth, you don't lose al the weight, you'll lose mabye 2-5 pounds depending on how big you are. however, if you have your diet in gear then it shouldn't matter since you would have gaine some good weight and would still be in a plus gain after you stop taking it. Further more creatine is pressed through your kindnys using pasive transport. what dose that mean? I mean that it dosen't require much energy to be prossesed. It dosen't really effect your kidneys if your worried about that. Creatine, for now, the more tested product, CE2 hasn't shown as much promise. If you have the right diet, you don't really need creatine, it's just an extra.

oh yea. that really cleared it up. i didnt know creatine was so good.

i noticed that many of you use the no-xplode. perhaps if i stacked that nXplode and just NO2 . it would be a decent combo (?)


if you do a lot of cardio can you lose that 'creatine bloating' ir does it just come off when you stop use

When i read your last post i thought you might be confusing creatine with a mircale supp that hasn't been invented yet. i can't stress this enough, without the proper diet, training and sleep creatine is useless. It is to give you an extra if you are planing on your supps to make or break your diet then there is something very.
To answer your questions-
it's true that many use no-xplode on this fourm but that has added ingreadents if i'm not mistaken. You really don't need some of that extra stuff. It's much cheaper and moer cost effective to get pure creatine without the added ingreadents.

Creatine bloating as i'm sure you've read (should have been in the reading i gave you) is what some for what is actully cell volumization. It's my personal experience that not all people feel the bloating effect as a bad thing. Cardio dose not reduse that effect.

You haven't specified your gaol yet, Lose weight, Gaing muscle, stay the same weight?

gain muscle. i'm 5' 9" 145. 5-6% bf. i bought that no xplode and i am using the no2 and i tried it last night for the first time . it was absolutely amazing. my arms have never been so big before. well thanks for your help and yes i've read what you posted and i am a little more informed about creatine. thanks

i have a question.  Why do you need no2 when you are taking no-xplode?  arent they basically the same thing ? they both have nitric oxide in them..

if you want to gain weight, take the No-xplode/cell mass stack, i have gained 7 lbs. in 1 month.
