yea, there's really no need for supplements at your age imo. just start scarfin down the calories, good ones that is. lots and lots of protein my friend, that should do the trick lol

it should be fine just make sure you drink ALOT of water with the creatine.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."
