If it hurts too bad then I don' t recommend you overtrain and over strain your muscles, which could lead to muscle loss. Skip that workout, and don' t workout the same muscle group more than once a week.

I' ve found that creatine seems to help me heal faster. May be placebo, but it sure seems to. Bump on pogue on not overtraining though.

You could try supping with 20gs/day of Glutamine. Glutamine although becoming very controversial lately may help you speed up the recovery process.

Bump on the glutamine. I have experienced much faster recovery time since taking NO2 and now NOX2 also.

Take a good post workoutn drink such as whey protein 40 grams, and replenish your carbs by drinking Tang breakfast drink immediately after training. It`s cheap and it works.Oh yeah thereis one more bit of advice that I think is crucial,Don`t overtrain and get plenty of rest between workouts. This is the only time you grow, not while in the gym.
