i am looking to get my supplements in order, and i am going to the store soon.  I am taking a multivitamin, i am going to get a creatine(probably cellmass) and i am thinking about if i should get a whey protein or weight gainer or both.  I am about 6'4'' 185 lbs and i am looking to bulk up, gain strenght, and be cut.  I am also wondering when i would take this, i think the creatine is a post workout, but i'm not sure about the whey protein, multivitamin or weight gainer.  Are they pre or post workout, or midday or before bed types of things?

about the timing questions i would say with whey you take it 1 hour - 2 hours before workout as  a general rule, and immediately after workout!!

im not so sure about creatine but just do what it says on the instructions and you will be fine.

i take NO explode and is amazing preworkout out stimulant, makes my workouts have that holy grail feel and nice pumps.

use whey protein as your fast absorbed protein to feed your muscles at times when they need it most. my general rule is to try and fit 3 whey shakes in everyday, for example if i wake at 10 am eat breaksfast , then have lunch at 1pm, i want to go gym at 5pm so ill take whey protein at 3.30pm then i take NO explode at 430pm i finish gym at 6pm-7.30pm i get home 5 mins later as my gym is right next to my house on a military base. and have whey protein shake instantlyafter workout. thats an example of how i would personaly shape my days but with more meals following post workout of course!

yeah that sounds good except the creatine i am going to take recommends not eating anything half an hour before or after use, and it recommends use 15 mins after workout, so how can i take both after my workout.
