* daily i do cardio for 30 mins after my weights session burning 400-450 calories.will this regime burn my muscle. to be on safer side after weights before starting cardio can i have whey shake.
* i am an amateur body builder. do i need to take multi vitamins, if so let me know with brand name.

* for prebed protien shake is whey protien or casein best.preferred make.
* can i have 200 ml of low fat diet milk before bed.
* i drink black coffee before my workout, is it good supplement or do i need to use only caffeine supplement.

* i take whey concentrate supplement, daily three servings. is whey isolate much effective, pl let me know.

-If you are not fighting body fat you can do with 3-4 days cardio only.......cut a few days back.
-You do need a good multi, it all depends on your budget, Usana has the best and you can only get them through Usana sales people but they are all over the place, I can gear you toward a friend of mine who sells it. They are well reputed. There is also the gnc mens multi with extra zinc......
-ideal bodyfat is up to your goals and needs.......I like to see a 8 pack on a guy....so I like em lean........but it depends on if you want to see abs and how skinny you are.....personal factors etc.
- protein either way, at night, it better than other stuff
- I would not do the milk unless you are really lean and skinny, stick with a high protein, milk has tons of carb and is a bloater.
- the coffee should do it but caffien takes nutrients away from your body out through your urine....try not to take any supps within an hour after you drink the coffee
- abs 2-4 times per week.....daily can get you going flat
-isolate is great
- soy will not get you fat unless it is a product that is processed with other stuff.....read the label if so
