hi,let me know if  chromium and tribulus supplements can be used without side effects for body builders.

chromium picolonate should be fine, and trib may make u horny depending on the dosage. I stay away from trib though.

how does chromium picolinate help in building muscle.
does eating soya beans, soya tofu increase estrogen levels and fat percentage in our body?

do i need to stop eating soya products, as  estrogen levels and fat percentage goes up.is it a myth?
i need daily intake of 150 gms of protien, can any one suggest vegetarian source of protien.

hi,


* daily i do cardio for 30 mins after my weights session burning 400-450 calories.will this regime burn my muscle. to be on safer side after weights before starting cardio can i have whey shake.
* i am an amateur body builder. do i need to take multi vitamins, if so let me know with brand name.
* whats the ideal body fat level.
* for prebed protien shake is whey protien or casein best.preferred make.
* can i have 200 ml of low fat diet milk before bed.
* i drink black coffee before my workout, is it good supplement or do i need to use only caffeine supplement.
* can i do abs daily.
* i take whey concentrate supplement, daily three servings. is whey isolate much effective, pl let me know.

Usually it is used for leaning, not so much for mass.  It is a tool for competitive bodybuilders who are getting ripped for show.
 
The soy estrogen thing has yet to be proven, so as long as you eat in balance you will be fine!

So far no proven studies.........but I say eat in balance.  You have hemp protein powder, rice and veg protein powders too, so use these with your soy products.  tofu and the other sources are a bit low for serious mass so you will need the powders.
If you are vegan - some people say they are veg yet still have dairy or eggs or even chicken or fish...teehee - veg means veg, not even honey is consumed but anyway......hope this helps.

-If you are not fighting body fat you can do with 3-4 days cardio only.......cut a few days back.
-You do need a good multi, it all depends on your budget, Usana has the best and you can only get them through Usana sales people but they are all over the place, I can gear you toward a friend of mine who sells it.  They are well reputed.  There is also the gnc mens multi with extra zinc......
-ideal bodyfat is up to your goals and needs.......I like to see a 8 pack on a guy....so I like em lean........but it depends on if you want to see abs and how skinny you are.....personal factors etc.
- protein either way, at night, it better than other stuff
- I would not do the milk unless you are really lean and skinny, stick with a high protein, milk has tons of carb and is a bloater.
- the coffee should do it but caffien takes nutrients away from your body out through your urine....try not to take any supps within an hour after you drink the coffee
- abs 2-4 times per week.....daily can get you going flat
-isolate is great
- soy will not get you fat unless it is a product that is processed with other stuff.....read the label if so
