i noticed that lately i've been relying more on supplements and i am worried that maybe i am starting to become too dependent. morning i take on whey protein and sometimes get a bowl of cereal before i leave to school. lunch i eat regular food at lunch when i get home from school i eat a regular meal i go work out an hour later and when i get back home i take a post work out supplement right before i go to bed i take another supplement. is it becoming too much? as you can see i'm only getting 2 sometimes 3 meals of actual food. i dont want to be hurting myself. but i'm also full all the time so guess thats good.

If you're full thats good but you don't want to bee too full. Its better to eat enough so that you are in a natural state where you don't want to eat and at the same time able to perform in any activity as usual. Don't over eat so that by the time you're done eating you're one of those people that say "hold on i need some rest, i just ate". I read some where here that you have to eat every 3 hours your body is awake, so try to eat less and around 5-6 times a day, you'll see that you will feel much better and satisfied.
