supplement usuage on days i dont lift

hey guys ive been lifting hard every other day for about a month and have put up some decent weight with great gains (bench up from 140 to 170)

i take a multi-vitamin, fish oil, creatine and protein

however on days i dont lift i dont end up taking the creatin or protien as oppose to taking it rite after lifting on days i do hit the weights

am i ****ing my self over by skipping days of creatine/protien?
everything is from walmart btw

take the creatine and protien on your days off too

Take all of those even on off days.

does it really matter what time of the day i take it on my days off?

and on days i do lift is it nessicay to take rite after i work out or a few hours later fine?

on days off I really don't believe it matters what time you take it.  On your days you do work out I would take the creatine and dump it in the protein and take it with in a half an hour of working out.
I would also suggest you take protein before you go to sleep too.

Try and take the creatine the time you usually do on workout days but doesnt really matter.

Take the protein inbetween meals or when you go longest without food
Pain is weakness leaving the body
