i have read a few posts on this,but i'd like somone who has used superpump to give me an honest idea as to whether it would it would be money well spent or not!!constructive negative comments welcome!!

I have been using it for a couple weeks and i like it.  I don't feel crazy supercharged but more of like being in the zone.  Be careful of overtraining though.  You can find it on the cheap too.  I get mine for 34.99 with free shipping.

how did you find it benefited your work out and obviously your power/muscles etc....incidently i have just ordered some.

I can't say that the superpump has made me stronger or bigger itself.  I don't think there is a supplement on the market thats legal that does that.  But what it has done is that its given me without a doubt more energy and alot more focus leading to me to be able to lift longer and harder thus making me bigger and stronger.  I will say one thing it will fire you up and give you more confidence when lifting and you will throw up more weight than in the past. Just be careful you don't over train on it and have someone around so you don't overestimate your strength and get stuck or hurt!!!  Good luck.  I hope it works!!

yea im taking it now and i feel the same way but yea i **** like every 45 minutes when i take it haha....and i used to work out for hour 30 min now it comes close to 3 to 4 including cardio its nuts time flies but i stay focused

yea idk where the time goes to be honest i guess an hour and 30 min of cardio then i train whole body with bench curls shoulders chest back abs legs like lunges calve raises incline decline stuff and abs then i throw in boxing for an hour or less i did say including cardio so about 1 and a half hours of actual lifting

It will be fine. From trying Black Powder and Superpump, I can assure you Black Powder works better for me, but someone may differ. Also, I have been taking 2 and Half scoops of sumperpump... BP still works better as in terms of pump.

Superpump 250 I have been taking recently and I actually prefer it to No-xplode.

I tend to burn out after a few sets on No-xplode but Superpump tends to give me a longer energy rush even after the heavy sets.

ive been taking super pump on and off for a couple years now, its great for the first couple times going to the gym, you are wired and ready to pump out more weight and if gives you the energey you need to push yourself. but be prepared to be on the toilet with the runs for a little bit about 2 to 3 hours after lifting. As your body becomes used to the levels of caffeine and other stimulants the effects begin to be minumal. You stay focused and ready but the intiall first couple of time you use it will blow ur mind. So yes make sure you buy it. i cant lift without it

Swole lats - Yes it does upset your stomach doesn't it? Mine to the point where I've stopped taking it altogether. I don't think it's worth it for that reason anymore.
