i'm a high school wrestler. have a high bodyfat percentage at 215 lbs during the season, about 230 off-season. im not sure if i should take SuperPump because i dont know if it'll put on a lot of weight, and i want to be 215 next season as well, but a lean, strong 215, is superpump smart? if not what should i take to gain lean strong mass, while losing all the unneeded fat that i have right now. maybe NOexplode?

Alright, for starters, you might want to consider taking something like Nitrix by BSN.  It's good stuff, then stack it with some VPX Redline.  That will help lower your body fat percentage with an extreme weight lifting program.  Also try taking something like Gakic for strength and power.  That should help, but be careful, be sure you drink plenty of fluids.  That should help you!

This is definitely in the wrong forum, but heres my 2 cents.

Wrestling season is over for now, right?  You've got 8 months to get your diet PERFECT, and lose that unwanted bodyfat.  On top of your immaculate diet, you must continue to do cardio.

Supplements are not magic.  That cannot be stressed enough.  Drink 1+ gallons of (cold) water every day, and get the diet right.  Add respectable amounts of cardio, and don't burn yourself out.

If you get down to goal weight earlier, its less work for you and you don't have to worry so much about cutting during the season.

Once your diet is in check, then you may begin to consider supps.  but not until then.  you're just throwing your money away otherwise.
