I'm 16 y/o weigh about 170 lbs and just got into body building about 3 months ago, I want to want to work out my upper body...chest, shoulders, arms. i want my wrists and shoulders and biceps big...any suggestions that would help would be much appreciated. and i also have this red strech mark on both my biceps, im assuming it is a good thing?

Post some pictures. Have you done bodybuilding before?

Don't got any pictures just yet, but yeah I use dumb bells mostly
