I'm 16 y/o weigh about 170 lbs and just got into body building about 3 months ago, I want to want to work out my upper body...chest, shoulders, arms. i want my wrists and shoulders and biceps big...any suggestions that would help would be much appreciated.

and i also have this red strech mark on both my biceps, im assuming it is a good thing?

Yeah, got pretty sick there for a few days and lost quite a bit, but I still wasnt making amazing body weight gains, lifts were going up...but no body weight. In the morning b4 church I was 132.6 Smile But I've been havin hell tryin to stick to my diet, school has been crazy these first 2 weeks, I think I'm finally starting to get into a little bit of a routine, but I'm gonna change my diet up a little bit and see how it works, hopefully Ill be back up to 135-6 by next Sunday atleast...I dunno what I was doing last year but I had gottin up to 144-145 and then over the summer it just dropped, no matter what I did lol...
