I'm 18 years old 5"11 and about 135 pounds and I've been doing this routine off and on for about 6 months now but now I'm really starting to stick with it and I'm not sure how good it is I'm trying to get mass and strength Monday- Legs & shoulders Squats - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Stiff leg deadlift- 3 sets for 8-10 reps Seated barbell Calf Raise - 2 sets for 12-20 reps Seated or standing Barbell Military Press - 3 sets for 6-8 reps Overhead Dumbbell Presses- 2 sets for 8-10 reps Wide grip upright rows - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Dumbbell lateral raise- 3 sets for 10-12 reps Wednesday- Chest, Biceps, and forearms Flat Bench Press- 1/10 1/6 4/6 1/4 Barbell Curl - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Dumbbell Curls - 2 sets for 8-10 reps Reverse curls/Barbell Wrist curls - 3 sets for 10-15 reps Friday – Back & Triceps Bent Over Rows - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Barbell Dead Lifts - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Barbell Shrugs/Barbell Shrug Behind The Back - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Seated Tricep Press/Dumbbell kickback - 3 sets for 8-10 reps Close grip bench press- 3 sets for 8-10 reps Dips- 3 sets for 8-10 reps Sunday – Chest Bench Press - 1 set/10 1 set/6 3 set/4 1 set/8 Incline Dumbbell press – 2 sets/10-12 Dumbbell Fly – 2 sets/10/12 Abs- two to three times a week Oblique crunches Crunches Leg raises

no suggestions? well for some reason I feel like biceps arent getting any stronger same with my shoulders any help with some better exercises?
