 I usually do full body routines mon wed fri. I'm going to be switching up to German Volume Training for 6 weeks. It;ll be the first time i ever do the GVT styled training. My goals are to gain weight and get as strong as i can. Currently i am 5'6 at 165lbs. I've been doing this full body workout for like 4 months and it's time for a 6 week substitution. Let me know what you think of the workout.

Monday - chest and back

bench press 10 - 10
incline flyes    3 - 12
Rows            10 - 10
chin ups         3 - 12

Wednesday - Legs and Abs

Squats          10 - 10
Leg extension 3 - 12
SLDL              10 - 10
Legs curls        3 - 12
 
Friday - Shoulders and arms

OH press        10 - 10
Incline curls      3 - 12
Dbell tricep ext  3 - 12
21;s - till failure....
 
Anybody wanting to share their own experience with GVT training is also greatly appreciated. Thanks. paYce !!
