ok this is just something ive been wondering but what is the difference between the two

not completely sure but power is like a one rep, explosive lift and strength is more reps and slower.  Not completely sure, just what i kinda always assumed.

yeah, someone may have the strength to lift 300lbs, but the speed and force they lift it up is different to someone who can lift 300lbs with major force. That would be the difference between strength and power.

strength is like more sustained while power is just like the amount of force you can generate at a time. It takes strength to pick up a heavy box and move it across the room. It takes power to chuck the box across the room.
