Hey everybody i just have a question thats been bugging me for awhile. How is it possible that im always adding more weight on to my excerses but im not seeing any new mass?

About the only explanation for that would be you're not eating  calories over your maintain level...

It's possible to gain strength without a surplus of calories... it's impossible to gain muscle without a surplus of calories..
