stomach loss - Tuesday, April 20, 2004 7:07 PM ( #1 )
i am not a big person. i weigh about 160 and most of the fat is in my stomach. i have a tough offseason program at my school where we do alot of drills like dragging tires, going through ladders and all that good stuff the only time i have time to work out is after school and i am always tired so i dont give much effort. how can i lose fat and get stronger on my program

If I was gonna guess?

1) Change your diet so you have more energy
2) Get some carbs before these workouts
3) Get more rest so you can recover and give your all

Men carry most of their fat in the abdominal region. So that's normal. It's the last place you lose it. You might be 12% body fat and be lean every where else but there. Frustrating!

But with a good diet and some cardio, you can burn it optimally.

Sounds like you need more energy and maybe rest? I'd suggest telling us your diet.. and how much rest you get. These workouts you do sound good but it's apparent you are tired, don't give 100% and probably can't as you don't have the energy to do so.
