Hey all, ive just been wondering. alot of posts and/or users have they're stats. exemple, i have 48% lean fat,6%bicep muscle and stuff like that. how do you do to mesure it? i would like to know because ive started working out and i'd like to see if i'm doing gain, i got myself scared cause as the days goes sometimes it seems like muscles grew, the day after they shrank.. so i wanna be able to mesure an see. thanks for answers.

To measure your LBM (Lean Body Mass) you need to know your bodyfat % and your weight. (Example of the process;
Bodyfat = 13%
Body weight = 150lbs
150 x 0.13 = 19.5lbs of bodyfat.
150 - 19.5 = 130.5lbs LBM.)

To measure bodyfat you need skinfold calipers and scales.
To measure your weight you need scales.
To measure the girth of your arms, chest, etc. you need measuring tape.
