Hey... I just starting to take working out seriously and would like some suggestions as to what supplements i should be taking. Do I have to take a couple of different products or just one is enough ( like Muscle Milk or something).
Thankx for the help

Here are the best "supplements", IMHO:

An awesome diet, high in great calories, each meal having a lean protein, a fibrous carb and a complex starchy carb (thanks to my awesome trainer for that one!).  Calories spread over no less than 4 meals, preferably 6 or more.

Lots of fresh water.

Lots of rest.

High quality multivitamin.  Maybe fish oil capsules or flax seed oil, but if your diet is already giving you these, naw.

Whey protein if you need it.  Optimum whey is dirt cheap.  I prefer MuscleMilk.  This one is optional, especially in the beginning.  But MuscleMilk tastes awfully good! Smile
