Thats a pretty good overall workout i'd say, gets transfer to the big 3 lifts and some bodybuilding stuff involved also.

I like it. iIthink I'll print it an when I decide to change what I'm doing now I'll give that a try. I was wondering, I change my workout about every 4 weeks, is this good or should I change it up less. I just get bored with doing the same thing.

when i change my workouts, I change them very drastically. The lifts I use change, and reps and sets also change. Do it up bro.
