look through past posts on these forums you will find some good routines, diet tips... and alot of info on getting started. also read the stickes posted on all the forums. Basically i would suggest bulking for 2 months then cut for the last month before fall. im too tired to explain everything at the moment, the main thing is to first get a routine, set up your diet and maybe get a whey protein supplement.
