starting strength-ish routine - good deadlift sub?

starting strength-ish routine - good deadlift sub? - Sunday, August 10, 2008 9:20 AM ( #1 )
Basically im sick of hurting my back with deads, im having to much difficulty learning the form so i thought i would replace deads with rack pulls for my back, but im not sure what to do for my lower body. sldl and lunges 3x5? What can i do for my hips?

I think if you don't have problems with SLDL, you shouldn't have problems doing deadlift...
