What are your goals? What is your diet like? Do you take a multivitamin?

If you've only been training for 4 months, the only thing you really need is a good diet. Supplement with a pre and post workout whey protein shake and find a good multi-vitamin. flaxseed and fish oil are also good and packed is omega 3's. I would highly suggest reading through the nutrition section and avoid supplement hype.. Just starting out, you'll make good gains with or without supplements.
