so i recently started lifting, never really trained before, other than freshman year, but that was weight training class in dinky little bandon, Oregon, nothing too serious, i have always been in decent shape though since my metabolism could probably process a cast iron skillet if the need arose.......anywho, im 17, 135 lbs, (give or take a couple) 10% bodyfat, max lifts are listed in my sig

critique as you see fit, laters
(leave the freckles/insane paleness alone..im an irish mutt lol )

-137 lbs
10% body fat
bench- 170-180
deadlift- 400ish ( 375x3 wasnt too hard)
squat- 250+ (not real sure how high i can go)
clean- 160ish ( i friggin hate clean)

not bad at all.  pretty cut back but i think if u worked on your lats and shoulders, you could have a pretty good foundation to work from. that said, you look pretty good, you should probably go a few months and bulk (eat, eat, eat + protein + training + rest = GAINS).  id hit those shoulders, chest, and lats hard if i were you.  nicve traps, by the way
age- 19
height- 5'10"
weight- 165 lbs
bench- 215 lbs
squat- 300 lbs

Agree with Red. What's your routine?

If you get serious about it (if your are still casual) then there are chances of great gains
switch to bulking routine
Change your diet

You look exactly like I did about 2 years ago.  I hope you get into it and take it serious man.  Good luck.  and how tall are you?
