ive searched all over the net to find out how much my weight my bb can hold...ive put 200lbs on it and it bends about 4 inches meaning from the middle of the bar to the other end theres a 4" bend...its a stabdard 1" bb but its 7' long like the olympic size barbells are and its solid stell...does anyone know how much weight it can handle or how much bend it can take?

Not really. Olympic bars tend to have more standard weight to them and a more standard weight capacity, but the standard bars seem to be harder to pin down. Many manufacturers, many different standards- I even used to have one of those bars that was hollow in the middle, with a plastic cover on it- I never used more than a hundred pounds on that. If you're getting that much of a bend with that much weight, I'd recommend getting a different bar. If you're looking for something to handle serious amounts of weight in the future, go with an olympic set up.
