At 15 and being a girl for right now you should just eat right and hit the GYM no more than 4-5 days a week. But at the up most I would only take Creatine(you can find it at wal-mart for like 16 bucks but ONLY if you are serious about this), an it wouldnt hurt to get some Whey protein that stuff is always good for you in anycase.

don't get any fat burning stacks. 15 is too young for a thermogenic. just do a lot of cardio and stick to a diet that is lower in calories.

Yea, as far as loseing weight(cutting), you really need to just go to your local supplement store like GNC(most the time they are in the mall) and talk to someone there or you can just starve yourself... haha no no just kidding! How much do you weight as of now, and how much are you looking to lose(that will help too)? Just remember it doesnt matter what your takeing or how good it is, in the end, a good diet and exercise is what matters most. ~Peace

ok so curently i am about 125 pounds i dont want to lose much but jus for the summer i want to build muscle but just not now because summer is coming up. i lift weights 5 times a week and do a bit of cardio pretty much every day because i play soccer but usualy our practices usualy are not very intense. i eat alot of protein usualy at least 50% of my calories are protein my fat intake is usualy around 15% and my carbs 35%. i do take o whey protein shake after my workout. i eat alot of chicken breasts and salmon and tuna, nut(cashews and almonds) vegetables, beans and low GI foods, but i just recently stopped eating as much fruit, today i havent any. should i continue to not eat fruit or should i add fruit to my diet. also what else could i add? thank you

you need testosterone to build serious muslce (right or wrong?), thats why when women work out they get lean and toned. if you see a woman walking around like Darrem Charles then theres more to that than proten or creatine.

well you dont need just testosterone to get jacked, although you do need some there are other factors, what i mean is that you associate taking creatine and protein powder with men that are jacked... don't take it into specifics i know there are guys who take it and arent, but you associate them with each other, soooo when a woman takes it, you think shes a little butch
