Stack: Nano vapor, Cell Tech, quickmass

I got this stack for a pretty cheap price or else i would of never tried these products. But i started taking them last tuesday. I went through the loading phase with cell-tech, 2 scoops in the mornin, and 2 scoops after a workout. Then id take nano vapor b4 my workout, and quickmass in the morning and a bit after my workout
 
Since my workout is in the morning im taking alot of supplements in a short period of time. I found since the very first day i started the stack till now, i have felt very sick while working out. Sometimes i would have to stop in the middle of a set so i wouldnt puke. The stack really upset my stomach in every way possible, i have no way of telling which sup did it but it was baddd lol.
 
In terms of effectivenessi cant say much because the 3.4 lbs thing of cell tech only lasted me 8 days and the same with the quickmass. The nano vapor i still have quite a bit left. I think the cell tech had some ffect because some of mylifts did increase, and it sounds stupid but to me i look more bulked in the mirror. Nano vapor did nothing for me at all and this is why im not a big fan of no2 products
 
Overall, i do not recommend these products because even if i did have any gains, i felt like **** the whole time i was taking them.

    yea.. there have been several people who seem to get nauteous with the nano-vapor.

    are you eating breakfast fairly close to lifting?   you need to fast 2 hours before lifting if you are going to take the nano-vapor.  that could be your problem

    i have taken the nano-vapor by itself.  loved it. 

    i have also taken cell-tech... good product, but i retained water quite a bit and i didn't like that aspect of it.

    i vote that you try to move your workout to the afternoon if you can and fast after lunch-time and then take the nano-vapor again.  i bet you wouldn't be as sick.

    the quickmass (i assume it's protein)  could be making you sick.  it IS considered food.. so maybe lay off the protein before lifting, and just take it after.   and take NANO before lifting. 

    give it another shot

    yeah that would be a logical solution because the quickmass is a gainer, so after drinking the creatine, then having a frigan heavy shake plus something to eat, im still feeling pretty full by the time i take nano. im all out of quickmass an cell tech right now, so ill try nano 2morrow on an empty stomach.

    I Have Been Taking NaNo Vapor And Mass Tech For A While Now. I Enjoy Both Products Very Much. Vapor Is A Good Product And I Take It About 15-20 Minutes Before I Lift. It Gives Me A Great Pump. I Usually Feel Like Fighting When I Take It. In Between Sets I Get Some Out On The Punching Bag. I Take It On An Empty Stomach And Then Take The Mass Tech Imediately After. The Only Thing I Can Say Bad About The Products So Far Is At First I Would Feel A Little Sick After My Workout With NaNo Vapor And It Tastes Horrible . . . I Hate Forcing It Down But Its Worth It. Mass Tech Strawberry Was Gross Until I Threw A Banana In With It. Its Amazing Now.

    Just take one scoop of creatine (5 grams) each day.  Your body needs only at least 5 grams of creatine daily.  And besides Nano Vapor has some creatine in it as well so one scoop of Nano Vapor pre-workout and one scoop of Cell Tech post workout should be perfect.  The Quick Mass should be taken in between meals or as a meal replacement.  If I were you I would just take Dark Matter by MHP for post-workout.  It has all the essential aminos your body need after working out and that includes creatine as well.  For pre-workout take something that has Beta Alanine.  Although Nano Vapor has Beta Alanine in it but I'm not sure how much.
