1. Whole food with a 500-calorie surplus over maintenance, divided into four or five meals a day.
2. Heavy, holistic exercise, preferably as close to total-body as possible.
3. Whey protein & Creatine post-workout.
4. 5g Glutamine immediately before bed.
5. Patience.
