Tommorrow i start my juice fast. 7 days of 8oz of carrot juice, 2oz celery, 2oz parsely, 2 oz green bean, 3 tbsps of flax, physilium husk, and bentonite clay 5 times a day. Last time i broke down on the second day so i am posting it on here so i can be stronger this time. 5 days of feeling like total S H I T yay!

ok i lasted 3 days on  my juice fast than i broke down, you get too depressed not being able to do ANYTHING productive. i couldnt do schoolwork let alone work out. my digestive system is now functioning alot better and my recovery is super-fast! its like im jacked up on roids the gains im making. creatine HAH, i put 50 pounds on D/L, 30 on my squat, and 20 on my power clean in 2 weeks. D/l 560/ Squat 330 deep/ Power clean 245.

maybe its just me but i dont see how fasting can increase your lifts? i would of thought your lifts would of gone down due to a lack of nutrition im confusedSmile good luck thow i guess different things work for different people.

better digestive system effieciency= food runs through you quicker, your body absorbs nutrients better. Meaning i can eat 5 meals. 3 liquid, 2 whole meals within 3 hours after exercise. That puts my recovery into superman mode. : )
