You tell us. How much do you squat? What's your lower body routine look like? How long have you been hitting squats heavy? How long has your form been good? Is your form even good now?

i squat 210 for 3x5 all the way down till my hamstrings reach my calfs and back up. i used to do to parallel 315x3 but i have been concentrating on going all the way down. and i have been hitting my squats like this for roughly a month. my form is good now i will ahve a video soon(waiting for my camera cord to come in the mail).

Your squat should increase pretty well if your form is good. But I noticed my squat is pretty bad too. I thought my form was good, but it really wasn't and I was about to do 135, but now I can only do 115. :/

Keep in mind that unless you add weight to the bar or adding an extra rep each workout, you're not progressing.

If you squat 210 ATG 3X5.. next workout squat 215 ATG 3X4 and keep prgression going until you can no longer add weight.

Another suggestion would be, drop the weight down to 155 and do 1X20 1X15 1X10 and 1X5.. the next workout,, bump the weight up 10lbs.. and do the same progression..

When the 20's get to heavy, do a 1X15 1X12 1X10 1X5..

I will almost guarantee if you do strucuture similar to the one above, you'll increase from 3X5 at 210 in no time..

if you're training for strength, don't underestimate the power of high reps with big lifts such as the squat.. especially if you've been doing low rep schemes for a while..

also.. if you're not doing so.. squat 2-3 times weekly...

this is an exercise that i am sorta in the same boat as well.  i might do more reps but i always find myself lowering the weight because i want to get my form perfect before moving to a higher weight.  i really need a video of myself or someone to watch me to let me know.  I cant stress to you form over anything else and like Smound said you need to put progression in each workout or your lifts wont inprove like you want them.

210x5 ATG is nothing to be ashamed of. A hell of a lot better than doing 300+ 1/2 squats. I'd be suprised if even 10% of people who squatted truely went ATG. Look at my maxes man, 285 on bench and 245 on squat if I remeber right. Your body looks a lot more balanced than mine and I'm sure your squat will catch up to your deadlift quickly now that you have your form in order. Especially if you take Smound's advice. I'd like to try it as well. That squat progression starting with 1x20 sounds like it'd make a man out of anybody.

do add weight each progression from 1x20 to 1x15 or keep the same weight throughout the workout

I've been doing it for about 3 weeks,  actually I was doing a very similar bench program and just modified it for squats.. so far I've gained about 5-10lbs which I'm fairly pleased with..   for the bench program, I used a consistent weight but for the squats, I've added 10lbs to each set.... I'm at a point now where on the high reps.. 20's and 15's, I'm only adding 5lbs.. but once I reach the 10's and 5's.. I'll add 10-15lbs...
