I got a buddy that is getting into weightlifting and needs a squat rack he can put in a trailor with the his bench and stuff.
Anyone have any bluprints on building one?

I built my own squat rack from wood see pic!! i didnt have any blue prints but i based it on one i saw on the web. Blue prints are good but if you are going to build one why not measure your buddy and build it to suit.... Smile

that would work but I need it where it can be adjusted for his height reguardless his b'day is the 28 th so I may have to go to plan 2 .which is, heres money go buy yourself something .lol
