yeah, I figure I can be on that section since I did put up 650 in the gym.....coouldnt get it at states.

I just started doin squats... Hope ill get to 400 by the end of this year

not sure of a true max, but my form sucks so it could be higher i'm sure. once i get the whole "sitting back" i think my squats will jump up.

I've squatted 135 to parallel before, which I don't think is too bad at 115lbs when I did it.

Coming off my back injury - finally - I'm doing 75 below parallel for 5, though it should jump back up over the next couple months. And I'm about 125lbs now.Smile

god ive got weak legs compared to all you guys. i could probably put 255 pounds up with poor form 240 strict form.

**** form to parallel-400lbs
good form parallel-315lbs
good form butt to ground-285lbs
Training weight 220lbs-245lbs 5-8 reps
(stats when i was ~160lbs)


Thats my old stats, theyre probably way down now, when i start up again start of february im gonna be starting my body light, and doing supersets with squats at 135lbs for 10-12 reps, and then next week 155lbs, then the next 175lbs...Hopefully LOL.

my tem rep max is with 200-210kg (450lbs) so i can probably 1-rep 550-575
