so yeah today i squated 250 which yeah is better then what i had in my sig so yeah im happy with it its still pretty low though i think
To fear death is worse then death its self.
Bench:210
Squat:285
Deadlift:385
Cleans:220
weight:140

Wait a second- Aren't you the same guy who just recently upped his deadlift max? Congratulations! I knew you'd be able to up the squat too- If I'm remembering right, your last sig said your squat was 200- An increase of that amount shows that your body was able to handle more weight, as I thought it would be. Still- Don't go too nuts adding weight to any exercise, you could risk injury. Increase the amounts nice and slow- Who cares if you think it's low now, the point is you're increasing it, getting stronger. Six months, a year from now- You won't be at this weight, that's for sure.

yeah, the way to increase strength is to change up ur assistance work. Thats the best way I find....but u also gotta do the core lifts too.
