spot reducing

i know that you cant spot reduce but i have always been big in thel chest area... and i have never been able to notice a difference they even seem to get bigger when i can tell my chest muscles are getting bigger but there is never any shaping or tonning and no fat loss any suggestions

Like you said, there's no such thing as spot reducing, so you'll have to try and lose fat all over- Proper nutrition and cardio are the way to do it. Check the nutrition forum for what you should be eating to try and lose that fat, and ask around to see if anyone can help you set up a good cardio workout- I'm bulking, and not doing any cardio at the moment, so I'm the last person who could help you there.
