if ur looking for an actual routine that will increase strength then i would definitely try Max-OT or Bill Starr's 5x5 intermediate program

well i just started it on sunday but so far i really like the workouts and can tell that their working. i have heard nothing but good feedback about it.  i found an online journal of some1 who's already done the whole program and he had great results and set new personal records almost every time. the link to see that journal is http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Swimmers_5X5_Journal/m_151211/tm.htm     if u do decide to do it i know some people would want to skip the first 4 weeks where u just build upto your current 5RM but i would reccomend not starting any farther along than where u would be at week 2, otherwise you'll plateau alot faster.

this is random but i think if u already have a 180 bench then u could set your goal higher than 200 for the end of the summer because thats like 7.5 months away which would only alittle more than a 1/2 lb. gain per week. thats just my opinion cause i think it would make u push yourself harder

lol well u got me there, its only like 145. it kinda sucks cause when i first got started awhile ago i wasnt really sure what i was looking for so i just followed that body for life program and basically spent most of my time cutting instead of bulking so my strength never went up much, thats why i like this bill starr program so much cause its perfect for getting the main lifts up.

o ic ive been using my football coachs workout program and its worked alright is  5x5x3x3x3 for bench and 10x10 for curls and everything else my max used to be real low it used to be 120 i think the protein shakes and my meal program worked real good and the summer workout program i was in. everyday at 6:00 i go to school and run strech and do upper body then next day do lower body that really helped me alot.
