speed training any suggestions

I was thinking about a routine to gain speed this is what i think is good. Plz tell me if something doesn't make sense or if it is overtraining. Mon. Squats- 4x10 Leg Curls- 4x10 Toe Raises- 4x15 Abs Tues. (rest) Wed. Speed Workout 10-20 100s Thurs. Plyometrics and Agility (box jumps shuttle runs cone drills ladder drills) Abs Fri. 3 mile jog easy pace Sat. Plyometrics and agility Sun. Speed Workout
Ht: 6''1 Wt: 185 Age: 17 Bench: 180 (max was 200 :( ) Squat: 350 Clean: 160 40 yd: 5.2 (i'm working on it)

I think you're missing some very important parts. Things like short sprints 20s, 40s, 60s, and overspeed training.

a harness connected to a parachute or sled helps a lot too...If neither of those are available, just put on an old shirt and have a buddy grab on to your shirt and provide resistance while you sprint (better to do this on grass)...Also, try running in the pool. You may look goofy, but it works. I used to do these things for soccer, and they work wonders.

if youre going for speed id lower the reps of mondays workout so you can handle some push some big weight, especially on those squats. 5x3 would be better imo.
working on explosive phase vertical: 35 weight: 206 Big 3: 300/440/515 Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.

Thanks ppls for all the help i'll try the lower reps heavier weight, and the shorter sprints/overspeed as well.
