 soreness

soreness - Wednesday, June 18, 2008 11:40 AM
I have been doing one body part per week w/o for a while and just changed to hst routine this week. Im stil lsore form mondays w/o so i do todays(wednesdays) workout and work through the soreness or let the muscles rest??

If its just soreness work through it.

imo u should let the muscles rest. if ur last workout was on monday then they have not had that much rest. i would take a liitle time off and then start ur HST routine when u are completely fresh

That really depends on how sore you are. On a scale of 1-10 how bad do you hurt?

<5 - Workout as normal
5-7 - Workout light
8-10 - Rest
5'6" 125/ Bench: 115 / Front squat: 90 / Deadlift: 205 / Pullups: 10

just work through it.  its will be taxing at first but youll be fine.  this is my 2nd cycle of full body HST.

i feel sore sometimes after im done but i never skip the workout unless i felt like i was going to die or something.
