I have been working out for about a month and have seen great changes, I love it!

My question is that the more I work out, I am not getting sore anymore.  Does that mean I am not working out hard enough.  I kinda like the soreness as it is my confirmation I pushed myself hard enough.  When I leave the gym every night I feel like I wore my A** out but then the next day nothing.

Any info on this would be appreciate.

soreness isn't always an indication of a good workout.. You're body often adapts to the types of exercises you're doing..

I'll bet if you periodically switch up a few exercises.. you'll notice more soreness..

But As long as you intensity level is high and you're continuously progressing with weight.. (pushing your body).. you should be fine..

I sympathize. I cannot get my arms or chest sore anymore. I don't know if I should back the weight off, or push harder. That, and i'm running out of different exercises! Smile
