sore? - Wednesday, January 23, 2008 6:18 AM ( #1 )
I have been working out for about a month and have seen great changes, I love it!

My question is that the more I work out, I am not getting sore anymore.  Does that mean I am not working out hard enough.  I kinda like the soreness as it is my confirmation I pushed myself hard enough.  When I leave the gym every night I feel like I wore my A** out but then the next day nothing.

Any info on this would be appreciate.

soreness isn't always an indication of a good workout.. You're body often adapts to the types of exercises you're doing..

I'll bet if you periodically switch up a few exercises.. you'll notice more soreness..

But As long as you intensity level is high and you're continuously progressing with weight.. (pushing your body).. you should be fine..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

I sympathize. I cannot get my arms or chest sore anymore. I don't know if I should back the weight off, or push harder. That, and i'm running out of different exercises!
