at first it felt like i pulled something and i took some aleve for the antiinflamitory and it seemed to go away. i yesterday and every once and a while when just normal movement(like earlier when i was playing pool) it all the sudden feels like its gonna come out of socket (or something like that, the only way i can explain it) it doesn't hurt really but this happens and it hurts for a sec and i have no idea what it is. i have been biking on it sense it felt like it was pulled. could this just be something where i injured it biking and walking after it started? help! thanks.

what were you doing when you hurt your knee the first time? Go see a doc and get him to asses the stability of your knee..

Listen to Lynx. Go to the doctor. Now. Don't risk the rest of your lifting/athletic career out of a desire to not go see the doctor. What's the worst s/he will say? "There's nothing to be done." But then you know. More likely than not, however, there is stuff to be done.
