small microwavable digiorno pizzas. Put them in the microwave and in 5 mins u have 750 calories and 31 grams of protein. They are delicious and you can eat them real quick. Cheap too. Only thing is that 350 calories are from fat but if u r looking to bulk up, these r great. It's not delivery...Its digiorno haha

Not all protein is good for you. Proteins are made up of amino acids, while there are 22 proteinogenic amino acids in which make up protein, when you combine these 22 amino acids it's just like combining words, you can come up with good proteins (good words) and bad proteins (bad words). The source of protein is the most confident way to recognize the protein you should be consuming.

RollingStone who cares about tha fat? What about that 50+g of bleached flour? Part of the reason why I'm considering baking my own bread.
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Looking at Rollingstone's avatar combined with the recent greek mythology ive been reading for my literature class gets me thinking whether Rollingstone is fully human, or half man/half god. ****ing genetics. No matter what my diet ever becomes (currently ketosis), I could NEVER be that ripped.
