Ever since i started my new routine My Ultimate routine i never feel exhausted after a work out or my body doesnt feel all sore like it used to. Sure i feel the pump but i feel unsatisfied. Will i still grow muscle even though i dont feel so sore? Also i do crew(rowing) 4 days a week (on days i dont do weightlifting) will doing that much cardio/work affect my muscle building, im just mainly doing crew to loose weight so i dont just turn into a powerlifter, im really want to be a bodybuilder

Well as cpl has said numberouse times soreness is not an indecator that you got a good work out or not. About the cardio I guess it depends on what your caloric intake is, if your burnin to many calories you will create a bit of a defacite and your muscles wont be getting all the fuel they need.Thats why you have bulking and cutting cycles, don't worry so much about your bodyfat while your trying to bulk/gain muscle, save most of the heavy cardio for your cutting stage. Im no expert on this so you might wait till one of the other more experienced members gives you some advise.

Trick's right- When I started Max OT, I never felt sore and I wanted to do more, but I stuck to the program and saw the best gains of my life. He's also right about the calorie deficit- Your muscles need extra calories to grow, and when you do a lot of cardio, you're stealing calories that could be used to build muscle.

Soreness is just lactic acid buildup. What you should be careful of, especially since your rowing too is overtraining. Your workout looks a bit heafty. I used to hit em like that too 20 sets on everything and 25 on arms. Since I've dropped the number of sets I'm doing I've been making better gains. Which most likely means that I was overtraining. There are ways to tell if you're overtraining but I don't remember all of them. Only that you feel sluggish and tired a lot. Your body will tell you when it's had enough and when it's time to rest. I also agree on the calories, ya gotta eat to grow. Once again especially since you're doing crew you need to make sure you're eating enough and at the right times to give nourishment to your muscles. You have to feed them to grow. They're like your little baby inside you, you have to take care of them and feed them the right stuff. And every once in a while after a GREAT workout think that you're eating for two.
