4 whole eggs, i scramble them a lot of shredded cheese guacamole tabasco sauce to your liking mix in a bowl = awesome 1-2 tbsp olive oil chicken breast mushrooms asparagus peppers pan fry, optional cheese melted on chicken, can also throw in with lettuce and have a salad = delicious

another one (Low Carb Cincinnati Chili) -4 oz.(when cooked) Lean ground Turkey: 190 calories, 28.4g protein, 0g carbs, 9.5gfat -2oz. Fat free cheese: 90 calories, 18g protein, 4g carbs, 0g fat -Chili Mix: 30 calories, 1g protein, 5g carbs, 0.5g fat -Diced canned Tomatoes:25 calories, 1g protein, 4g carbs, 0g fat SUBTOTALS: 335 calories, 48.4g protein, 13g carbs, 10g fat u can add more or less of whatever u want. i have a lot but some would take too much explanation of how to make. i think this ones pretty simple
