hey there just wondering some things

my stats are 160lbs 5'11  started arpil this year , at about 145-150 ,  i have abit of bodyfat , haha , not a hectic amount but abit ,  , almost looks like i have titties but i work out alot so i know its the junk food making the fat and theres some muscle under it..

so my goal is to be a solid ripped 185lbs , so when would i want to start cutting , like when i reach 200lbs? or less?

i know diet is key and i know what to eat , but do i eat as much or cut portions too?

and .. what is the best routine , like cardio once a week? twice? and how hectic do i go i see some guys on the tred mill 30 min , then oliptical 30 min and bike 30 min and im like whoa thats alot.. just need this info for future refrence

You wanna bulk to a ripped 185lbs? I would think that you're a skinny fat person.

My advice for you is to increase the workouts, and clean up your diet. Cut on fatty and oily foods, moderate carbs and increase in protein intake. The amount of food you take in must at least cover your calories used to workout.

With that, you do NOT have to bulk up then go on a diet or divide the bulking and cutting phase into two separate parts. You can achieve it together through one program.

i guess i am a skinny fat kid i mean i eat alot of junk , but i am working on it , its a hard change , its also hard for me to eat alot , cuz my stomachs wacked , ill be able to eat like a pig for 2-3days then for like a week straight ill have such a sensitive stomach ill only eat like half of what i normally would , i am cutting alcohol out completely except for a december bahamas vacation , but anyway.

i was told u put on fat while bulking , i know theres clean bulking but this diet is so hard , so is it not normal that im getting alittle chunky?

Skinny fat means you look lean but you have a high bf%... Add on clean food..
Cut on the junk foods and to add bulk, add more protein and carbs. But do workout too.
