Simple carbs are okay the first hours of your carb up, but make MOST of your carbs complex.

I personally just eat wtf ever is in my way and I lose fat, so it's really how your body responds.

Eh soda has HFCS, and personally I think that stuff should be avoided whenever possible.  I would stick to some higher quality carbs even if they are simple.

lol soda?

Thats one of the worst things you could ever consume.  Just stop drinking it.

Like perrynaytor said u can have simple carbs early during ur carb up, things like fruit and other stuff of that nature but soda has no health benefits and like RS said nothing good comes from it. i would completely stay away from it at all times

ur carb up day should be filled with complex carbs, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, whole grain breads

and i dont know if there is a best cardio for keto, i personally do HIIT a few days a week

Lmao. True that, indeed. Ive been screwing around with a TKD for a while though and I am sort of plateauing after an initial 30lb loss in the span of six months or so. Wanna do a CKD just to be able to splurge on a refeed day. Im going the next two weeks in pure ketosis with just one carb up after to see if I can burn fat even faster.

If you splurge on the carb up like they talk about on most of the sites that explain the diet, youll realize fast that youre not going to get real cut up.  You gotta keep the carb up clean too and get the macros right.  The carb up should be real precise in my opinion and doing it right is more important than the rest of the week.
